1. The lights don't work

If it is just unpacked, you first need to test whether the lamp is bright and test the response of the controller's indicator light. If it is still not bright, then check whether the solar power panel and lamp head wiring is firm. If it is loose, it should be tightened, but it is still not bright when it has been firmly connected, and then test whether the battery indicator light is not bright. Because it is normally in a steady state, it can be judged that the battery may be out of power, the lamp head and the solar panel should be taken to the sun, and then observe the change of the indicator light.

If the red light is on, and a light is blinking slowly, it indicates that it is charging and is in a normal state. However, if they are not bright, they need to be sent to the manufacturer for maintenance, and there may be a fault in the circuit board and it needs to be replaced.
