Time control: mainly through timing to determine the switch of solar street lights. This method was used more in the early days, but it is used less now. The main reason is that even in the same area, different seasons will change, and it is inconvenient to use time control.

Solar controller precautions

Wiring sequence: First let the solar controller connect the battery, then connect the solar panel, and finally connect the load. Note: The wiring order must be strictly followed, because the order is out of order, some solar controllers may not be able to automatically identify the 12V/24V/48V system, which will cause the controller to not work properly.

It is best to series a fuse on the positive electrode of the battery to ensure that the battery will not short circuit, otherwise it will cause serious consequences. The fuse size must be 2 to 3 times the rated current, and the controller should be installed in a dry environment. Even a fully waterproof controller is best not buried in the dirt.
