Solar street lights are split and integrated. The two types of solar street lights are mainly different in components, price, installation complexity, technical parameters, application scope, maintenance methods, etc. In comparison, split solar street lights and integrated solar street lights have their own characteristics in terms of beauty, efficiency, and safety. There is no absolute difference between good and bad. You should choose according to the occasion of use. Let's take a look at the differences between integrated and split solar street lights.

What is the difference between integrated and split solar street lights? Solar street lights can be divided into integrated solar street lights and split solar street lights according to different structures. They are all street lights driven by solar energy, but they differ in the following aspects:
1. Different components
Split solar street lights are composed of batteries, LED lamp heads, photovoltaic panels, controllers and lamp poles, and must be equipped with lamp poles. The batteries must be buried underground and connected through wires in the lamp poles. The battery, LED lamp head, controller and solar panel of the integrated solar street light are integrated into the lamp head, and it doesn't matter whether the lamp pole is equipped with it or not.
2. Different prices
Due to design reasons, the panel power and battery capacity of the integrated solar street light are generally smaller than those of the split type, and the cost is lower. Therefore, under the same specifications, the integrated solar street light is much cheaper than the split type.

3. Different installation complexity
Integrated solar street lights are easier to install, and can be installed as long as you can screw the screws, while split solar street lights require assembly, wiring, installation of battery brackets, lamp heads, and making battery pits, which are relatively complicated.
4. Different technical parameters
The technical parameters of split solar street lights range from 10-80W, or even higher; integrated solar street lights are generally 10w, 20w, 30w, and 40w.
5. Different application scopes Split solar street lights have a wider application scope and can be used for large roads and highways with high requirements for lights, as well as squares, communities, industrial parks, etc. Integrated solar street lights are more used in urban roads, streets, communities, factories, industrial parks and rural roads.
6. Different maintenance methods If there is a difficult-to-solve fault in the lamp, the manufacturer of the split solar street light needs to send technicians to the local area for maintenance, and check the battery, photovoltaic panel, LED lamp head, wires, etc. one by one to solve the fault; the integrated solar street light only needs to remove the lamp head and send it directly back to the factory for repair by the manufacturer.
