Fiber optic lamp is made of special polymer compounds as the core material, with high strength transparent flame retardant engineering plastic as the outer skin, which can ensure that there will be no fracture, deformation and other quality problems in a long time, and the life span is at least 10 years.
Optical fiber lighting system is composed of light source, reflector, color filter and optical fiber.
When the light source passes through the mirror, it forms a nearly parallel beam of light. Due to the action of the filter, the beam is turned into colored light. When the beam enters the fiber, the colored light follows the path of the fiber to the predetermined place.
Due to the loss of light in the process, the light source is generally very strong. The common light source is about 150~250W. And in order to obtain approximately parallel beams, the luminous point should be as small as possible, similar to the point light source.
The reflector is an important factor in obtaining approximate parallel beams. Therefore, aspherical reflectors are generally used.
A color filter is a part that changes the color of a light beam. According to the need, the corresponding color light source is obtained by exchanging different color filters.
Optical fiber is the main body of optical fiber lighting system, the role of optical fiber is to transmit or transmit light to a predetermined place. Optical fibers are divided into two types: end luminescence and bulk luminescence. The former is the light beam transmitted to the end point, through the taillight lighting, while the latter itself is the luminous body, forming a flexible light column.
