However, this method can only make the lights change according to the appearance and disappearance of the notes, and it is limited to the solos of single instruments.
The note length is because it may occupy a different length of time such as 1/4 beat, half beat, or 1 beat, and the beat of the note is not the same thing as the beat of the music, so the method of identifying the length of the note cannot synchronize the light with the rhythm of the music.
Moreover, when a variety of Musical Instruments, singing sounds, rhythm sounds exist at the same time, the frequency component of the note may be submerged and cannot be identified, and a variety of components with the same frequency as the note rather than from the note itself are mixed at the same time, resulting in the accurate identification of the note. Or when the music is played with no notes and only the sound of rhythmic instruments, it is even more difficult to recognize the rhythm.
